Episode: Winter Returns !

After some nice days we have returned to the snowy conditions...snowblowers, scrapers the whole deal Blah ! Not much going on this weekend. A little retail therapy and all the Kids and Grandkids over for Brunch today. Fun Times. Cam and Laura are off to Paris for a Pizza Party at the Sr. Marts and Kim, Dave and the kids will be watching movies...Gabby and Rui have discovered the Indiana Jones series. Although they watched the last one first and now know that Dr. Jones survives through the first three movies, it'll still have lots of thrills for them. Laura is ready for Tomato to come and we are all standing by with our appointed chores. Kim is going to be assistant Coach with Cam and I am taking charge of Tierney while Cam & Laura are at the hospital. I hope I can help make it a special time for Tierney. We have a few tricks up our sleeves so it should be fun !

Episode: Summer plans...

When the sun peeks out like it did today we can actually imagine a world without mittens, boots and frozen windshields. Yesterday I went browsing to a second hand store and an antique market with Megan & Andy. We found some cool accessories at the Generations Mennonite relief store and later the M's and the S's came over for dinner and scrapbooking. Today Rob & I did some errands and then I took my doggies for a walk. The puddles were a little nippy on their toes but they loved to stretch their legs. Last week we found our new spot for our vacation and we are so excited. We will be right next door to each other and that will be excellent for planning our meals and outings. Not to mention, easy access to cuddles from my grandchildren, all four of them by then ! Next we will plan out some of our meals and that will hopefully eliminate our daily grocery store trips. Not that we don't like shopping....just not for groceries.
