My resolution for 2009 was to take all my holidays and I have accomplished that goal. This week Rob & I are on vacation and spending our time taking some day trips and relaxing. Today we went to Niagara on the Lake and spent a day shopping eating and touring historic Fort George. It was great ! Tomorrow a new adventure possibly to Turkey Point and Simcoe or to Bayfield. Saturday August 29th 2009 was a Red Letter Day for our beloved baseball team. This was the day The Diamond Dusters bit the dust ! As our friendly opponents cheered us on we won the Championship. (We are aware this is a coed beer league - but please let us have our glory) Life is sweet ! Our prize money was spent on some refreshments of the beer and cooler kind which were enjoyed at Cap'n Cam & Lauras place. Goooooo Baaaalllllls Deeeepppppp ! Whoa !
