This is Rui Silva making a difference by planting trees as part of the Earth Day project at Onondaga Farm. Rui planted six trees and also helped the farm manager, John Hill reposition the flags which will outline the new tree locations so they won't get accidentally mowed down. He also help to clean up the site after the planting by picking up the tree pots that were used. After the planting, Rui participated in the spiritual sharing circle with a class of Grade 8's who were planting with us. It was a great day !!

Nanny and Poppy are the greatest grandparents in the world for taking Rui out on this special day and teaching him about our environment. It was a long day but a great one!
Congratulations on making a difference - almost 40 trees planted over all! WOW!
